That's it!
Since Kingston started eating solids, I wanted to find foods that he loved and that were healthy all at the same time. I've learned to mix veggies in when needed or make something a certain way so that he would eat it. And this simple breakfast is something I make at least 2-3 times a week. Because who doesn't love pancakes? You can even add in pureed spinach to this and it tastes the same. We made green pancakes with pureed spinach for Halloween this year and they were delicious. & All you do is fry them up like a normal pancake.
Now I will say this, it took me a few tries to get them just right. I think butter works best (a healthy butter ) instead of a cooking spray. They tend to burn for me if I use a cooking spray.
You can add anything to them. I like to add cinnamon and then honey on top most of the time. Other things you can add are:
Pumpkin Puree
Any fruit/Chocolate/nuts
Honey
Peanut Butter/Almond Butter (another favorite)
Oats
