Cheesy Spinach Mushroom and Egg Toast

This should be called, " Heaven for your taste buds."
I enjoy a good combination of sweet and savory for breakfast, but my usual go to is always savory. I'm one of those folks that enjoy dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner. Is there a reason for this? I have no clue. Also, this can be breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner. This is my sometimes simple, sometimes fancy go to breakfast. It always hits "the spot" in my belly.
The Simple Method- Dippy Egg and buttered Wheat Toast.
The Fancy Method- Dippy Egg and Buttered Wheat Toast and anything else that looks appetizing in that moment.
Ingredients:
1 Tsp Butter (I use Kerry Gold)
Mushrooms
Spinach (I use spring mix)
1 Egg
Sugar Free Whole Wheat Bread
salt
pepper
garlic powder
Cheese (I use Colby Jack)
This is how I make it:
Make toast with or without butter. I saute mushrooms and spinach. Add a little salt, garlic, and pepper. Place on toast. Make the dippy egg and place on top. Cover with Cheese and Microwave a few seconds. Wah la! A less than 5 minute breakfast depending on how fast you are.
