Healthy Toddler Snack- Spinach Broccoli Cheddar Bites

Ingredients
Makes 12 Bites
1cup Broccoli (boiled until tender)
1cup Spinach
1cup Shredded Cheese of Choice (I used Cheddar)
1 1/cup Panko Bread Crumbs (I used Nature's Promise GF)
2 Eggs
Salt, Pepper, & Garlic Powder to taste
Boil Broccoli until tender enough to mash. Mash broccoli and mix in the rest of t
he ingredients. Roll into bite size balls. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake bites for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
